Requirements
- SPM/ Diploma in relevant discipline or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Must be PC literate
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide sales coordination and order processing to support Sales & Marketing team.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing department as to ensure goods are delivered on time.
Monitor inventory record and stock level
Source the most effective & efficient means of transport.
Generate Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB) and Delivery Order (DO).
Handle customer’s enquiry.
Update and maintain inventory & cylinder record.
Liaise with transporters / forwarders for goods collection and delivery.
Compile all incoming invoices before submitting for verification and approval.
Prepare and fax sales quotation in accordance to the prices approved by the authorized personnel.
Transfer of goods within warehouse, return / exchange of goods, write-off, and product defects claims.
Generate necessary documents and update to inventory system.
Prepare and generate relevant monthly reports.
Assist sales personnel to prepare product catalogue / pricing list and tender submission.
Source quotation.
Record goods received.
Attend to walk-in-customer.
Maintain and update customer listing.
Liaise with logistics for goods delivery and collection.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
